The 22nd International Conference on Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (ICMOVPE XXII) will be held July 12–17, 2026, at the International Convention Center Jeju (ICC JEJU), Jeju Island, Korea.

Since its first conference in 1981, ICMOVPE has become a leading international forum for sharing research and innovative ideas in both fundamental and applied aspects of MOVPE. ICMOVPE XXII will feature plenary and invited talks, oral and poster sessions, rump sessions, and industrial exhibitions, with a touch of Korean culture in the social events.
