Call for papers: Special Issue for ICMOVPE XXII
The 22nd International Conference on Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (ICMOVPE XXII), to be held July 12–17, 2026, at ICC Jeju, Korea, brings together the global community driving this progress. This Special Issue of the Journal of Crystal Growth serves as its scientific record — a curated collection of contributions spanning reactor physics and growth modeling through to quantum photonics, power electronics, and neuromorphic devices. Submissions that go beyond phenomenological description to offer mechanistic insight, or that bridge computational prediction and experimental validation, are particularly encouraged.
Guest editors:
- Sang-Wan Ryu, Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Republic of Korea
- Jung Han, Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA
- Michael Kneissl, TU Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Seokho Moon, Ajou University, Suwon, Republic of Korea
Special issue information:
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following five areas:
- Fundamental Growth Science and Process Technology
- III-V, III-N, and Related Semiconductor Materials and Devices
- Oxides and Dielectrics
- 2D Materials and van der Waals Heterostructures
