2026 Harold M. Manasevit Young Investigator Award 

On behalf of the 2026 Manasevit Award Committee, we are pleased to announce that Professor Xiaotian Zhang has been selected
as the recipient of the 2026 Harold M. Manasevit Young Investigator Award.

This award is presented in honor of Dr. Harold M. Manasevit for his groundbreaking work in III-V, II-VI, and IV-VI compound semiconductors
using organometallics, and is sponsored by the American Association of Crystal Growth (AACG)
in conjunction with the 22nd International Conference on Metalorganic Vapor Epitaxy—ICMOVPE XXII.
